Rental Housing

Current rental rates affordable to households earning 100% of the area median income ($86,400 for a family of 4) range from $1,512 for a 1 bedroom unit to $2,160 for a 4 bedroom unit.  Households earning less than 100% AMI face a much harder time finding units that are affordable to them.  The Housing Opportunity Finder can assist in the search. In addition to nonprofit affordable housing providers, it also includes existing apartment complexes, many of which offer lower rents.
